In today’s interconnected, but often physically separated marketplace, I’m a PMP-certified virtual project manager who can be engaged for a phase, an entire project, or on a retainer basis. Based in Boston, MA, I will gladly travel to your location for key meetings, large-scale deployments, or client pitches. Having worked in Academia, Software, Government, and Healthcare, I am adaptable, an effective communicator, confident public speaker, and skilled writer.

Implementation of an electronic inspections data collection and management system for Hazardous Waste and Facility field inspectors at a State Agency. Inspectors use a tablet PC application to collect data, integrate it into enterprise data systems, and carry historical site and inspections information on facility visits.

Development of a Real-time air quality reporting website which is used by a State Agency's Air Quality Program to display air monitor data to the public, and make it available for download in XML, CSV and HTML formats.

Deployment of a web-based, GIS enabled application used to track Source Water Protection areas, abutting wells, and permits granted to wells in these areas. Data gathered on protection areas within this application is routed to the EPA for analysis.

UAT and Deployment of a Call Center Agent Desktop tool to 15,000 agents, which presents client information, order status, and legacy system sessions, and may be customized to include agent task statistics, integrated skills-based task routing, and computer telephony features.

Routing and Script enhancements to an Enterprise-wide voice portal system offering callers a personalized experience and greater access to account information. The voice portal increased call center efficiency an average of 12% by minimizing caller waiting and handling times.
